Hachijojima is called the subtropical district of Tokyo. Sea breeze therapy on an island floating in the Kuroshio current.

Day 1
ANA flies from Haneda Airport to Hachijojima, and you can get there in just 1 hour!
Tokai Kisen ferries operate from Takeshiba Pier in Tokyo, departing late at night and often arriving in the morning. We also recommend departing by ferry on a Friday night and returning by plane on Sunday, a combination that will give you a sense of travel.
羽田空港から八丈島へはANAが就航、たったの1時間で到着です！
東京の竹芝桟橋からは東海汽船のフェリーが就航、夜遅めの出発でよく朝の到着。金曜日の夜にフェリーで出発、日曜日の帰りは飛行機といった旅情たっぷりの組み合わせもオススメです。
When we arrived at Hachijojima Airport, we were greeted by yoga instructor Tamai-san.

さっそく、八丈島空港からほど近くの海岸や街並みをサイクリング。
黒潮の真っ只中に浮かぶ八丈島、海岸線から見渡す海は迫力があります。

To the Kihachijoori workshop
Authentic Kihachijo is woven in the workshop next to the folk craft store.
I immediately tried our hand at weaving!

We had lunch at PIZZA PARADISO, an authentic pizza shop where pizza is the magic.
The secret is organic island vegetables and cheese from Jersey cows grazed on the island.
ピザが魔がある本格的なピザ屋さん、PIZZA PARADISOさんでランチ。
オーガニックな島野菜と島に放牧されたジャージー牛のチーズが秘訣だそう。

Day 2
There are two types of yoga today: beach therapy and forest therapy.
Start with therapy on the coast in the center of the island.
今日のヨガは海岸と森のセラピーの２種類。
島の中央部にある海岸でのセラピーからスタートです。
After the ocean therapy, I visited Lami, a small general store on the island.
There are many accessories that are full of love for Hachijojima.
海のセラピーの後は、島の小さな雑貨屋ラミを訪れてみました。
八丈島への愛情が溢れるアクセサリーがたくさん。
In the afternoon, enjoy the forest therapy, the scent of the forest with the sea breeze.
午後は森のセラピー、潮風を含んだ森の香りです。
Farmers engaged in organic cultivation in a warm climate,
It is called fruit lemon and can be grown in quite large size.
I visited some farmers who are working on this project.
温暖な気候の中でオーガニック栽培に取り組む農家さん、
取り組まれる農家さんに訪問させていただきました。

Day 3
On the last day of the retreat, we went to Tamai's shop "Yuka" for a beauty treatment!
This retreat includes yoga therapy in the forest and ocean, and cycling around the island.
From the beginning to the beauty salon.
It's the best retreat.
